RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hair Care Products – No Returns / No Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair care products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that hair care products are excluded from the right of return, exchange, or refund, regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or remains sealed in its original packaging.
Exceptions apply only in cases where the product is delivered damaged or incorrectly due to an error on our part. In such cases, the customer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
Failure to report the issue within this timeframe shall result in forfeiture of any claim related to returns, exchanges, or refunds.
